Inflation falling

The government measures the inflation via the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and over the last year this index has been mainly going up; mainly indicating an increase in inflation.

However, the November figures have bucked the trend, according to the latest figures published. Official figures highlight a drop down to 4.8% in November.

The wider RPI (retail prices index) also fell by 0.2% down to 5.2 percent in November as well.

Overall, this is likely to further boost the rental properties Maidenhead according to the Appleton Estate Agents Cookham.
